About MeFix [Help requested]

Heyy, I have downloaded the WoWMe fix.. I can start wow with it, and login etc, but HOW can i change the modles?
I want to learn HOW to swap modles, races, mounts. Thanks
PLEASE Respond in English, or swedish if possible :P

you have to put in your data folder "patch- " files with the models u want to change.

u can create ureselfs some with the changes u want( u can find much "how to" guides in this forum), or tell someone what u want to change and ask hin if he can give u links to download.
