How to make private server

Hi guys,

any1 can tell me how to create a private server. I would play it local.

I've also been looking into this matter,but unfortunatley I've not found much information on it either I googled for about a week and finally came up with how ppl are getting stuff for wow servers but that's it..nothign really to detailed.

Buy the files from other Psevers thats all i can say...

or you can take a server like Fussion Dekaron and change the exp ratio and edit drops for a7 and hit save rename and publish. Dont forget i'm the master!!!!!!!!
