Everytime i run exe files in my pc always says this

The appplication failed to initialize properly (0x0000135). Click OK to terminate the application

please help me here please

no ! i think NFW is not the problem. Same problem as mine .. i dont know maybe the problem is the shortcut(GC's Shortcut). same problem as mine .. all you have to do is run it in the GC main folder, not in the shortcut(desktop icon or anywhere) just "RUN GC in THE MAIN FOLDER OF GRAND CHASE [C:Levelupgames >> Grandchase >> Grandchase.exe]
