I need someone to help! please

I was on silkroad one day playing everything was fine and the next day boom i cant login. The only thing it shows is wrong id/pass. I know my id and pass and they were correct. only thing i can think of is someone must have hacked me. my secret answer is now changed. all i want is my account back if someone has the abilities to help me get it back i would appreciate it. please send me a pm and i will give u the id and email so you can get it for me. thanks everyone.

forgot about that. well i cant remember it and my pass is changed and i need my account back i dont care if my gear is gone by now it is. all i want is my chars back. They are not very good but i worked a long time to get them to where they are.

Well if you can't remember your secret answer you probably can't have it back. By the way do you have email verification?
And was your email hacked?

I verified my email im not sure if someone hacked my email though. Its possible. I was wondering if someone here was capibable of hacking it back for me if theres any items on it you can have them i just want my chars.

Well if your account is email verified you have to have access to your email to change the password. and you can't change the secret answer.

are you sure that you're not the one who wants to hack someone?

anyway unless you hack some database stuff or find a vulnerability in the website you can't hack it back.

So start thinking and remember your correct secret answer and check your email if there are some recent emails from joymax. (also check the deleted emails)
and if I were you I should change your email stuff because someone had access to it if your account was email verified:)

I am pretty sure you won´t get the account back without mail-access.
If you still have access to the mail, press the "Forget password button" and wait for the mail.
The most "stealers" (software, which steals login data) won´t steal the secret answer. This is why the most "hacked" accounts can not be stealed completly (no SA -> "hacker" can´t change password).
