Quick iBot Question (Please Help)

I've gotten iBot to work before... but after coming back and reinstalling Silkroad and iBot to start playing again... I'm having a small problem.

I've edited the srodir file to the correct location, but when I run the client, it brings up hackshield, then the green bar moves probably about half an inch before stopping underneath hackshield, then it disappears after about 5 seconds. After that, nothing happens. The SRO client doesn't launch or anything.

Can someone tell me what I need to do, please?

My advice is just open it with a loader. Such as the edx5 :D
it will skip that step with the loader.
