The region is most likely PH due to this:
"4.GrandChase.exe is Located in C:\Level up games\GrandChase\Grandchase.exe this is app"

This hack is just a collection or package of some grand chase hacks.
Even though the hacks are leeched, his very goal is to help those people who are lazy to search.

Let the mods decide upon this act. But remember: rules are always rules.
