The issue is that your PHP version is too high for you to beable to connect to mysql 4.0. I give a link to Xampp that you can use on the following topic

and this version of appserver i use in my pc and work well but at vps any site hve this err
are you know what appserver version can i use

You should make sure that your vps doesn't already run a webserver. Alot of them come with a webserver installed already.

But sadly, I do not know an appserver that would work. I prefer wamp or xampp over appserver.

downgrade your php version, you might need to put your apache version down as well...

Hahahaha i had the same exsact problem. hi077 is right your appache is to high look for the wamp server that looks like a gas gauge and when its half yellow tht means its working.

Also, make sure your fire wall is off!

you can fix that error on 2 ways

downgrade your php to version 5.2.8 and not higher ( as 5.3 is a differend system)

activate the mysql module that can be found in php.ini (same as odbd ) or downgrade it to a lower version , then it shal work to

and what the error says is that php does not support that version and you need a higher version of mysql ( as the mysql.so is updated and does not support older versions anymore)

Revival of old thread?
Speak a little more proper english for us to help you.
What is Propdller? Lalaker? HGWC? And I severely doubt he "hacked" anything. Possible Crack of a program?
Start off with telling us the issue, show us a few screen shots, the more info you give the better off we are to help.
