Hello,

I've found a topic in the templates guide section that I can create c3 files using the 3D Max 7 by adding the C3_Core.dll to the program folder, but the plugins doesn't work with newer version than 5 or 7, Can 3D Max 2011 or 2010 create c3 files? or can any other program than 3d mac do that? like Autocad , cinema 4D or AfterEffect or even Maya, do these programs have the c3 plugins?

I am asking this because I can't install 3D Max 7 and there isn't any available link for the version 5

Well, you can still create and texture your models in 3ds max 2010/11, maya, blender, whatever, but you'll have to import them in 3ds max 5/7 since there are no (public) plugins for any other 3D softwares.

About your difficulties to find a free trial and legal 3ds max 5/7 version, check your PMs i'll give you some .. info that you may find useful =)

But yeah, stick it to 3ds max 7, it's already good enough if you're not planning to do complex models, animations and effects; way enough for Conquer.

To tell the truth, Opale<< The best person I've seen in this forums, I am not saying this to receive his gratitude towards me, but because he is different than all of you, all of you are just abusing me with bad words!! and I am saying it for god's satisfying. I hope god rewards you the heavens.
