How do you change quality items to item boxes?

Ok what im asking is pretty simple.
How do you make quality items(super,elite,unique,refined) appear like present boxes on the ground? I know cotobo can do this but it has alot of problems. Is there a simple way were i can edit the itemtype file or what?

humm ive seen someone do this... search it... im 2 lazy to do it for you :x search something like, items into boxes or something :)

i saw this i killed someone and they dropped it, i also saw it with a kill my freind did he got a ranbow gem
