Question:: How to use Multiple accounts to vote in CAOR

Hello Ladies and Gentlemen, Firstly, I have been searching the whole Internet for this... Maybe I came to the right place, Which is called Elitepvpers Site, Now off with my questions soo,...
1: How... Would you use multiple accounts to vote for cabal cash in CAOR, I have been seeing alot of people using this reliant-method, they say use Hot Spot Shield, I I've no clue what that is...
2: People say you need an I.P changer which would be used so you can vote 2 times or more a day. Which I.P changer would be Ideal for this job?
3: And lastly, if I am in the wrong section perhaps wrong front and color use, you may delete this post. And warn me for next time,

THX alot for your time.,

Your colors are truly totally ugly and make my eyes bleed ^^

Well i guess you could vote several times if you just put a proxy on your browser?

I'm not using Google Chrome but Opera/Firefox and both have an option to add Proxies.

Opera: Settings -> Preferences -> Network -> Proxy Server

Well that's an addon but there is a normal way too.

Tools -> Options -> Advanced -> Network (Connection)

Please use the thanks button if you want to say thank you.

You need to search for a Proxy list, for example this list:
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

And then you go on this site:
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

To see if the proxy is working.

That's everything you need to do.

Thanks Acid its working, but there is another problem that the site that i try to multi vote on have his own cheking system that is based on the counting the votes on the account not on the ip. I wonder if there is another way to do this, other than hack into the server and upload a PAC file to make an exception for a specific list of ip's from the "12 hours" of waiting, if there is could anyone share with us :D
