IP Limit (could this work?)

What if I emulate another OS in my os with whatever emulator out there, then I run on the emulated OS some program like hotspot shield to change my ip and start silkroad on that OS?

You'd need a strong computer for that but it should allow you to use 2 more accounts...

nope the virtual os will have same ip cuz inet conncetion is same gateway ... so same ip ... so limited to 2 connections

Use this guide, seems to be very usefull

Yes but Hotspot shield could change the IP of the connections only from the emulated OS and not the real running OS...

And that program doesn't let you login 2+ chars from same computer since the IP you get is American, it just lets you login 2 more chars from another computer while sharing the same connection.

example:
you have 2 computers sharing connection. Your connection gives same IP to both computers. You install Hotspot shield on one of those, so they have different IPs and you can login 2 chars per computer.

Nope cause every pc in a network has a different ip.
So if you have one pc with 192.168.0.101 as ip and the other one got 192.168.0.102 the data will be send to the router or modem whatever you got between you and the outside world and it'll be changed to your external ip so whatever you do to hide your ip or change it it'll only affect it locally

and all go over a gateway with ip 192.168.0.1 or smth like that in inet ... so what about this i dont think he haas 2 different routers o.O

Hotspot shield acts like a VPN, thus it works in hiding your IP... Practically the second OS would access internet through a VPN and the first one wouldn't.

Too bad I'm too lazy to try.

kay tried it out.

U got the same ip cuz its given by isp ...

@adit:
Asked a friend whos doing this as job, he even said it wouldnt work cuz the os cant run games with 3d acceleration cuz there isnt a way to simulate a GPU ...

uve still to start the game and it uses 3d accelleration o.O am i false but wouldnt be useable ?

start the game? no i don't. With iBot you don't have to start the game in any way to use clientless. A reason why it wouldn't work could be because the simulated OS can't emulate a network card.
04/23/2011 00:13 --EpoX--#11
... how would you bot if there isnt anything ... the game is started by the bot even if its clientless u would need gpu ... and this couldnt be simulated ...
04/23/2011 11:54 wind94#12
lolno.... the game isn't started at all, you don't need GPU believe me...

You will get Problems starting 3D Games, that's true, but anything without high Usage of the Graphic Card will work fine.

And since the Bot doesn't have any Graphics it would work.
