hotspot shield ;)
just search it on google , its a prog and when u installed it and click on connect , your ip change into a random ip if you want your own ip back , click disconnect

i think foxyproxy works for this, the way you could do it before europeans were allowed on webzen AL ^^
just search for a USA proxy here [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

PS: you might have to try a few USA proxy's before it works, the best one are the ones wich are running not longer then 5mins to 1hour

also works for youtube if it says wrong country etc
