Umm i know this question will apply to alot of users here so i hope it can be answered as best it can so the question is: Does 3rd aprty launchers work for users who have windows vista? ex. dex launcher or sucrose launcher?

yes it does, get the 0.5 dexlauncher fixed by adam, works perfectly, hope that helps
p.s i havnt tryed sucrose launcher, but he usually only demo's them
