Cant Start iSro After Update !!

I klik on icon to start sro launcher, after few sec start come out and i click on it, then SilkRoad Guard apears, fast Disapears, and there is no action after that, dont know whot to do about it...
I reinstal a game 2 times, and nothing...
If eny one know solution please post...

if you are still having this problem, try these steps

1. Check to see if sro_client.exe, silkroad.exe and gameguard.des is allowed by your firewall..(even if your firewall isnt enabled, let these be added to the allow list)

2. If you are an ibot user, look for "Ibot.exe" from the process and end it.

3. Run Silkroad.exe as administrator

4. Restart your computer.

If steps 1,2,3 & 4do not work, you probably need to upgrade your graphic card.

i got the same problem at the moment now . i cant even start the launcher . so i cant make the update !
