hey every fine but when i try to login game it says server down. acc server npc server and jehad server working fine. keeps saying [Server Down!]

Can you post screenshots of your msgserver, npcserver, account server. The configs and the shell.dat in a hex editor please.
Also post your oem.dat file. We can look at it,and try to figure out whats happening.

make sure your server IP are all the same (if offline 127.0.01) (if himachi room then put himachi room IP). And then go to your oem.dat and check those are correct.
