Perm items?

Is it possible to get perm weapons/clothes with hacks?

i know of IM but i wonder if it's a way to get the item and keep it without having to redo hack all over again

if yes could you guide me to the right post/tutorial?
it's okay if it's in german i will use translator

�ber mir mit diesen Hacks kriegt man diese Sachen doch garnicht "Permanent" man hat sie solnage "Permanent" bis der hack nicht mehr geht.. also zeitlich begrenzt o_�

Other then item manager its only G and I capsules. Or other legit ways of getting permanent items like fumbi. Other then that no.
