Hey mate finding a level 50-64 with no skills or statpoints is very rare, many people wouldn't have the patience to level from 1-64 without any skills or stat points you could just find an account with skills and stat points already, you will find that quicker or you could try to find one with no stat points or skills but my recommendation is just to go with one already with skills and statpoints FF(FullyFarmed) for you to get Max Level and all skills
