Editing RF_online.bin

Well a while back i heard that you can edit monster dmg yes from client side RF_online.bin file.I do understand that the RF_online.bin is basicly a Exe file renamed. I know that alot of stuff is always server side but im wondering if its just bs or not never thought too ask.I can bypass the checks so i can pretty much edit anything on CM version but im not sure what RF has too offer if anything too waist my time on.

prolly bs. and whatever changes are made would only be clientside.

I have no idea how to do that but some people say that damage an ex has a client side, I saw this in 2 other forums, maybe because of the jade and ekips.... but I have no idea if this is true.......
I tried to find how to do edit Rfonline.bin but I failed.....<<hack noob detected

unpack it first then do no patch thing then dream about editing, yes there are alot stuff client sided that can be used
