Errors whilst launching S4.

Hi all, I'm pretty much having the following errors after starting the S4 League launcher.

Any help on this?
I've contacted those newbs of the support section, but I cbf to wait 3days till they respond.

have you download s4 from chip ?
if yes, download s4 from the alaplaya website ;D

I did download it from a partner site of S4.
I tried the one from S4, but it gave me another error whilst installing.

Hm install first .net framework, then install s4 again and it should work.

Edit: What is the system of ur pc ? If it�s maybe low then s4 won�t work i think^^

Sigh.
I had S4 2 days ago.
But then it told me my client version was too old..
And I had to reinstall S4 client.
after that everything went bad ;p
