Just to tell you all that cast is fixed with new patch today if you noticed :)
And its locked on 99% now:p

lol 95 - 99 whats the difference really ?

80 - 95 . well theres a noticable difference ( still IMO not much difference/ coming from swashy / sorc user )

with 95 you can cast fast. with 99 you can do all ur skills in 1sec or so. :p
