Bow Build Questions

Hi guys,

I have searched the forum with no luck on finding a good build for bows. I was planning on a hybrid, but while searching I am finding I keep putting more and more into str. For the current lvl cap, what should the balance be for a hybrid?

I was planning fire/lightning/cold.. I know cold should only be 20 for the snow shield. Fire I was thinking I should get to 100 and should I get lightning to 80?

What would really be the best build for a hybrid bower? Is full str better for pvp/pve (from what I have been reading it looks like it won't be too great, but still holds)?

I'm new, and since the SRO servers were being modded etc most of the good guides were taken down.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. [Ah sorry if this is in the wrong thread x_x' ]

a nice build is an 70 70 with ice and fire (or lightning?)

Full str bower is the best choice for pvp, even for pve
If you're going to bot with a hybrid, there is a probability of dieing. With full str u cant die so easy, and it deals hard criticals.
Im always going for full str. Even tryed a 2:1 and a 5:1 str builds, but the full str is way better on pvp than these.

a hybrid bower aint good for pvp/pve...ther are only 2 options:full str or full int.full int is very good for pve and if u got a good set it's also good for pvp,full str is good for lvling and pvping bcs u dont die so easily.
my advice is :dont make hybrid

hybird for bow isnt that good
im using pure str build and its good for pvp pve as well

well if you listen to fogs up here you'l end up as a medium player cuz all of these are classic builds,not strong ones,a good build is more secret and need to be searched more,if you know where to look or who to ask you can find it pretty fast.Just going to give you one advice,full str is not the right answer for pvp,find a suitable hyb ;)

Know anyone with good tips like you said? I knew hybrid was great when done right. Do you think the 100fire/80ligthning/20cold is good?

if you go for a hybrid, then higher cold is required because you will need a lot of psy def to tank crits of str chars (i would get cold to 100, you will loose quite a lot of damage, but you will get extra ~400 psy def)

Well I was one of them and I know a lots of them (hyb bowers) but depends on what server you plan to play, on zszc you got 360 limit with 105 max lvl so you can go 105 at 3 mastery and 45 at one at your choice,depends what you want more dmg (max the light) or more protection (max the ice) or you know you can go with both just balance if you want and for the build itself,there are lots of options,70:70 hybs,9.1,8.2,90:10,7.3,there are the hyb builds...you can choose whatever suits you best.

I wouldn't loose that much dmg if I went Fire/cold =) I would just need to figure out how to distribute it.

I couldn't download the second part to zszc x_x' So I am stuck on retail lol more levels and less skill mastery allowed (only 330). I was thinking of physical balance being higher than my magical balance. If I went hybrid is that a bad idea? Should I go with more magic balance? I was also considering force/fire but I know most people would laugh at that and tell me it's wrong. I could still get snow shield x_x'
