level limitation

can i get higher lvl skills than my lvl with uce?
i saw in this forum low lvl mage with akk cjb skills
so any 1 know how to do at lvl 50 vaga critical hit (lvl61)
or storms for lvl 45 mage?

ya hack into db and add skills into table :P my qurstion, is it possible to fake ur lvl with uce to usw lvl limited teleport stones? i tried but didnt suceed
