Swash 118% SB debuff?

i was just debuffed by a swash for 118% sb, and i wonder what other skill gives sb debuff?

swash got 2 sb debuffs:

Close Fin Air, can go max to +12 accessories(+3), old/bg realms(+2), weapons(+2)
stage 1-12: 3%, 6%, 9%, ...., 36%

insightful x, can go highest +14 accessories(+3), old realms(+3) or bg(+2), weapons(+3)

same rules as Close Fin Air, stage 14 = 42%

36+42 = 78% highest possible.

could someone tell me which skill debuffs sb in addition to those two?

one of the masks also gives +1 to sb debuff skill :) i think :D

its got nothing to do with the new skills its got to do with the skills they already hav just gotta know how to use it ;D

heroic skills need charisma for each lvl so save up, also u need 100k or 1 million charisma for highest title of "FATE" coming as well.

What it does exactly i do not know
