How do i do combo

i am in a quest thats name leveling up, 1st combo and i need to now how to combo The Skill Chain ability, which is acquired at lvl 10+. ??? PLZ HELP!

Press C and take a look at your Character Status.
You have to skill your attributs so like in the character goal and then you can do the quest.
