how'd i get my acc back?!?

I recently forgot my account's details, i mean EVERYTHING! i only remember the email i had and the username, i forgot everything else, can som1 tell me how to get it back? (even it it goes "outside of the rules" :) )

the problem is, i forgot the email's password :( so i cant get the new password sent to the email....
