Question, About learning HTML/PHP etc.

I have some free time ,
I started From HTML , CSS, all basic stuff for creating websites.
It get's really interesting for me, planing on going php/mysql db works,
after that Java/JQuery...
but for those things i got like university lectures/lessons, from my family friend, so there is some serious stuff :D

and Question :
If i'll get everything good, will i be able to make some extra income from it ?

That could be various. The design should bring the content as near as possible to the visitor and the content should make sense ;) If you can handle this, which isnt very hard, you could have success at local businnesses. In the internet are so many people offering this for dumping prices that your efforts dont get paid what they are worth.
