Why so many "Incorrect user ID"...

...we had couple of problems with our connection in game such as incorrect user id, you see other char not yours, lagg. And I wanna research why we have that problems or who is making the problems and in what way.
I already wrote down my opinion, please make your own too....

It's Webzen fault?- no, why?

OR

It's costumers fault?-yes, why?
-> beacouse of number of relogs on alt chars to get more points in GvG(there come problems with main server which got filled by every log when you login). So thanks to guys who are doing that and fcking our gameplay. Also there come database mess(u see other chars when you login not yours)...

Also question who is letting ppl abuse every abusable thing without any punishment. Oh, wait you're right, if there's something with chantra it's fixed the day before the bug pops up...
