Need help setting up accounts for EO server

Need help on how to manually set up accounts for EO server using SQLyog
please help

Ok i figured out how to make new accounts but i seem to have run into another problem when ever someone tries to log on they get Server under maintenance or server congestion. If someone has any ideas on why this is happening please help.

ermm... its can be in ur Oem File. O.o

yes i think edman3 is right in ur oem.ini file or its ur acc.msg/npc server files u didint edit
