Editing a gatekeeper?

Hey guys.

I havent been stumped by something so much as this. How can I edit a specific gate keeper to remove a move option?

Ive looked though files, and searched here (maybe im blind though >.>) but i cant seem to find where to edit the file to remove the option.

Any help is appreciated thanks!

NpcQuest.sdata
use lilpros data tool to pull it out and edit it with zerosignals shay edit by turning it into cvs
or use castors tool to edit the coords i guess
i find csv more effective though because you can add/remove whatever you want
castors is more for quick editing of whats already there
