Question about GC chaos (S4)

I've recently seen people saying that all "old" items will be replaced with "new" ones, and it will be possible to re-chose properties for them(when GC chaos comes).

Would anyone who knows explain that? Or is it just another rumour?

PS: Asking cause it seems like a great chance to forge an epic Saint's Black set and get it reproped as i like.

They must have proof.

Anyway, let`s review the PATCH NOTES of some countries with Chaos Patch.

Right, let me point 2 things out. It was a world chat, and they were talking about how it was in kGC. So i'm guessing the real question is:

Did it happen in kGC?

All Armor will be reset to the new changes but all cards equipped to the armor will be removed as well and placed back to your card collection only if you still have the armor with that card before GC Chaos changes.So the answer is yes.
