Just decrypt the magictype using one of the public .dat decryptors. It contains all possible skill ids.

ya i didint see it :P i got it working tho, btw do u have any idea how i can get the timer to show, i got the skill working perfectly but im not sure how to make the timer show

Same as any icon. Most likely it's just a matter of sending an update packet or string packet. (generally a combination of them for some systems where update packet displays the icon and string packet fills in the information for it)
