Improved item icons

So, I have been playing a little with evanxxxm's Ani Editor and thought, what can be done to the mapitemicon.ani file can also be done to the itemminicon.ani file :D
Of course, you wouldn't want all your supers in your warehouse displayed as the sweet little paw. But have you ever been annoyed about all vouchers, tokens, skill scrolls looking the same?
Here's your solution!

The archive contains a new itemminicon.ani file, please make a backup of your original one before putting the new one in your
conquer\ani
folder. After that, put the .dds files in your
conquer\data\itemminicon
folder. You don't need to make backups here, because all the new files have new names. I'm not sure if the new pics of the +stones are already there. In case they are and you are asked if files names 730003.dds and so on shall be overwritten, that's ok.

If you have done all that, restart your client and check and you should have your awesome new item pictures.

The pictures of the mettears aren't very good yet, maybe someone can do better :-)

I'm sure, you want to see some sample:

The sample files show the new House Permit, A Lab Token, Fire Of Hell SkillBook and UnidentifiedLetter icons. They are .gif files, that's why they look a bit weird .

the reason i made pink paw sign is so that bots can pick them up (due to same color as mets/DB)
according to those images, normal bots cant pick them up

I didn't mean to criticize the pink paw, that was more of an introducing sentence. i modified the minitemicon.ani that contains the info which picture is displayed for items you have in your inventory or in shops.

Mmmmmh, i sense the need for more examples of what this edit exactly does.

In the attached .pdf file I made a few more.

This edit won't be any help with hunting, but it makes organizing your warehouses and looking through market stalls much more convenient.

It's not just for fun. Sure, it is also some kind of "eye-candy".
But imagine having all kinds of lab diamonds and all kinds of + stones in your inventory (yes, that would be nice), they all used to look the same. Just as all the vouchers (timber, rosewood), as well as the amulets. With my edit they have a different look. This also means less trade scamming and selling invaluable items (like lab diamonds) at high prices in market.

Nearly 300 views, 36 downloads, and so little feedback? :(

i watched threw the pdf, what u did is kind of nice, but i use evanxxxm's cauz of item qualli

You can use both :D. Mine doesn't influence evanxxxm's edits.

looks cool...always love anything that makes things simpler.

edit after using for a bit..... how about new look for the scrolls. label each one TC, AC, DC, PC, BI STONE. Also, how about different look for each moonbox token. just a few i thought of right away.
