"Client cannot be used until after LEGEND 7" error?

When i try and install the latest version, it comes up with the error which is mentioned in the title.. how do I install it?:/

Download the latest Client + Patch.

and be sure that the Client isn't Blocked by Firewall or it cannot check if you can install it because Legend 7 is already out
