No, the hack is still abusable, it can be used in PvP but there is a "Decrease Defense Effect"
that makes the hack user easily to kill or manipulate.

The hack is not abusable in PVP anymore. The dmg hack [if u have it on] gives reverse in PVP. That means ur opponent 1 hit KOs u. So i think its ok :3?
