minimize to the system icon tray

I want to minimize conquer to the system tray but i cant .I use PS Tray Factory but error .
Who can help me ?

After installing you can rightclick the Conquer Icon in the programm and select 'Minimize to Try', then rightclick again and click 'minimize'
