more like cq_monstertype or cq_itemtype? or maybe even itemtype.dat
why not cq_action??
very simple because its written like "look here is %user_name"
its even possible that the text isn`t from cq_action but from a file into your ini folder (stres.ini probb)
maybe even from the messageserver! (%u or %d)
this text is like "your %pet is in the rank..." or whatever but that means that the original name has been token from its cq_monstertype/itemtype
Would wonder why cq_action if its just 1 worth thats not translated :)
