Does Silkroad Work with vista??

Does silkroad work on vista???

I tried the Right click>Run as admin>ok
But it just crash my silkroad..

Can any1 help me pls? :confused:

It works, my friend has vista and I play with him all of the time.

What does ur friend do To make his work??? Mines not working, i treid the right click > run as admin too and it still dont work do u know why? >_<

It's not working with me.. I'm trying to save it on the E disc and not C, do you think that helps?

Are you running sro_client directly? you can't.. you must open silkroad.exe then wait to start button appear, and click it.

That was a possibility... I use vista and with the NORMAL silkroad works just fine, maybe you should try to reinstall it or something, send us some screens so we can know exactly what happens :)

Hi i just got myself a new computer with vista on it but im also having trouble to run it (with loader or without) first everything is fine but when the log in screen appears i cant login somethimes i even cant see any servers . Help pleas :P

yes it works with vista... your problems are quite strange, but try to run it with administration rights and run it in wndows xp

Maybe you need to update SRO man becuz the new clients out

i have proplem with vista too when i try to open the silkroad.exe it gives me runtime error (r6002) ( floating point support not loaded)

try reinstalling it and running it as administator (as add3 said). i have got vista 64bit and it works fine for me
