Advanced criticism on the moderation.

First of all, this topic is english for avoiding some spamming people. It's a given fact, that the english-speaking part of this community is older and by far more intelligent. So let's keep this topic in english.

Well, where do I start now? Maybe just with my last ban, it happened that I was banned for being hated. Just to have said, I will not name the Moderator which I am talking of. Most of you will find it out easily.

Ever got an infraction for telling the truth or a fact, which the moderation was just not able to understand because of their too low level of intelligence? Well, it happened, the Moderator I am talking of once infracted a friend of mine for saying "fud" in my old sticky about viruses in gamehacking releases. It was an infraction reasoned with "spam" - well, fud means fully undetected, which was the answer on the question some guy asked in there.
This is just one example, but it's leading directly to the next part of my criticism: the spreader problem. The moderation isn't not able to handle it. Just look at [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...].

Just guess who infracted my old account r a z e r _ that often, so it has been blocked now for a while. It was the mod hating me for really everything I do, cuz I keep telling them they aren't doing the job they should do.

So this is what this topic is there for, the appeal for stopping this. Let's stop this mod from banning people for hating reason.

You do know whom im talking of? Then use your chance and reply to this topic saying what you want to say about them. Let's do a revolution!

First of all i think you are right with the point of the intellegence etc.
and i agree with you i got a warning because some one deleted his post and i replied to it you know what i mean so their was a gap so it looked like a doubllepost i tried to explain myself but their was no reaction. I think some Mods are pretty fast in giving infractions and warnings but they are some good Mods to.

no, you haven't really understood my topic. please re-read it.
those things with double posts etc do happen all the time. that's not what i was talking about. there are mods which do hate me for just telling them what to do better, but instead of using the knowledge i tried to share they banned me. pure hate, that's what i do call that.

Are you talking 'bout Mostey ? I've always seen him as a quite competent moderator, and I never received an infraction or warning from him . May it's 'cause of you ? What ever, if you don't follow the rules, it's not our problem . There are rules in every kinda community, in the real life and even in the Internet .

But you're partially right, some Infractions are really stupid, but not in every case ;)

It's not mostey. Mostey is probably the most-active moderator, imo he is the only one doing eben a little in the hacks/bots/cheats/exploits section.
e/ btw have you even read my topic? it's not about infractions.

Please guys, that's not the point. Ain't talking about useless infractions, however, re-read it if u think that lol.

The Old Team Real~Life, _Headsh0t_, .Kona was the best we ever had.

just as a new mod joines there was about 20 more Infractions a day, with reasons that wouldn't be one in the old Team.

Of Course every Mod thinks different from the others, but there should be found a balanced middle of penalty.

I mean, what has this guy done for us? He doesn't even play WarRock, his posts are almost all the time useless, all he's doing is hating. ( Thus he makes no friends )

So, mir ist bewusst, dass ich gerade gegen deine Englisch-Klausel verstoße,
aber ich kam eben erst von der Schule und habe keine Lust mir jetzt noch
schöne englische Formulierungen zu überlegen.
Mir ist es auch relativ egal, ob ihr nun denkt ich sei zu blöd.

So nun beginne ich mal,
ja du hast Recht wir mögen Dich nicht wirklich,
wie ich dir in Skype auch schon gesagt habe und der Grund sollte dir auch bewusst sein,
jedoch ist dies kein Grund dafür zu sorgen, dass jmd. gebannt wird.
Das ist schon mal klar zu stellen.

Wir Moderatoren müssen jede Infra rechtfertigen können,
wenn dies nicht der Fall ist, haben wir unsere Macht missbraucht
und müssen mit den Konsequenzen leben.
Du dürftest somit keine Infras für Dinge erhalten haben,
die du nicht begangen hast, wenn dies doch der Fall gewesen sein sollte,
so solltest du dich direkt nach einer solchen Infra erst an den Mod selbst
und wenn dieser keine Einsicht zeigt, an einen anderen Mod dieser Sektion wenden.
Fehler können passieren, jeder macht sie, ob ihr sie macht oder wir, jeder macht sie.
Oft basieren solche Diskussionen über ungerechtfertigte Infras auf Missverständnissen
und Fehlinformationen.
Manchmal kann die Meinung eines anderen Mods dieses Problem lösen.

Wie du weisst, kannst du dich im Zweifelsfall auch nochmal im Complaint Area melden
und bekommst dort Statements von objektiven Betrachtern zu hören.

Wir wissen, dass wir bei weitem nicht perfekt sind und jemals seien werden,
da dies absolut unmöglich ist, da wir, wie ich dir ja auch im CA schon erklärte,
einem Privat und "Berufs"-Leben nachgehen.

Sonderlich förderlich ist es nicht, wenn man immer mit dem Hammer drauf haut,
um irgend welche Forderungen durch zu bekommen.
Ich sagte dir bereits, dass mehr Kooperation gefordert ist,
sie es die Hackgeschichte oder der Fall mit den Infras.
Ihr müsst auch mal von euch aus zu uns kommen, denn wir prüfen nicht jede Infra
der anderen Mods auf deren Richtigkeit.

Es wäre nett, wenn du mir bitte deinen alten Profillink in einer PN sendest,
damit ich die Infras überprüfen kann. Sollte sich deine Schilderung bestätigen,
sind wir verpflichtet zu handeln und werden dies auch tun.

Ich hoffe, du verstehst unseren Standpunkt und konntest meinem,
in Müdigkeit formulierten, Beitrag folgen und bist nicht sauer, dass ich auf Deutsch geantwortet habe.

€dit: Eben mal nachgeschaut, die Infras sind alle richtig. Mal wieder ein Missverständnis? O.o
