i found a pixelbot in a other forum.
U only have to klick on the monster and it will use the skills.

wouldnt do NuBot helper the same? You click and nubot helper puts the keys and do buffs.
So its nothing new and helpfull, only if your fingers are getting wound from 10 hours a day skill button pushing xD

With Autoit you can do it not so much trouble.
