Hello, i was wondering if i start downloading a file and Mc.Afee detect suspicous activity... then i cancel the download.. do i still have to find and remove the key logger if it wasnt fully downloaded yet ? Please help :D

You're fine. Most browsers delete the file fragments of a canceled download. Check your download folder anyway and if the file you canceled downloading is still there, delete it. If not, then don't worry about it.
