As far as i know there isn't anything like that at the moment, at least not for the public.

The success rate is implemented in server side not in client side ... you can't change it.Quote:

Even if there was anything such as available, you can kiss the cabal economy goodbye :) and for that reason I hope there is no such tool/hack/program etc available.
