How to view an entire city ingame on a live server

to view an entire city you basically change your camera settings to make your camera far away. To do this you must find your character file.This is where your character file is.

WoW Folder>WTF>Account>(Account Name)>(Server)>(Character Name)

Then open camera-settings.txt

You will see something similar to this.
"cameraDistance 15.000000
cameraPitch 32.749999
"

Change it to this.
"cameraDistance 500.000000
cameraPitch 32.749999
"

First your camera looked like this.
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
Now it looks like this.
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
To go back to normal, simply change 500 back to 15.

das wurde hier im forum auch schon 2 oder 3 mal gepostet und ist schon sehr alt. kann es sein das @jitsuk jahrelange threads wieder neu erstellt den seine 3 threads die er jetzt erstellt hat sind ziemlich alte sachen die es schon ewig gibt...

doesn't work for me, but with /console SET cameraDistanceMaxFactor "200" I could zoom out a bit more than normal.

Gibt sogar ein Addon dafür ~~

Einfacher gehts natürlich direkt ingame, mit

/console cameraDistance 500.000000 (Temporär und ist beim nächsten Client neu start weg)

oder

/console set cameraDistance 500.000000 (Dauerhaft, bleibt auch nach neustart erhalten bis man die config.wtf löscht oder ein neuen Wert per /console set cameraDistance xxx setzt).

Gilt übrigens für ALLE Optionen/Einstellungen die in der config.wtf stehen.
