Error while opening the newest co server.exe

i made everything in configs and server.dat in my vps

when i tried to open the cmd of . newestcoserver.exe it says

''cant find the mysql database''

how can i fix that ?

Add your database (The .sql file) through your mysql database.

localhost/phpmyadmin.

You could also use Navicat and just do it there, but if it's the original Newestcoserver then it doesn't need mysql and you just extract OldCODB to the C:\ drive.
