its 92 neck so should drop from any ele mob near that lvl range
for the refine part:
its not the same with kark and all other necks
glorius hwaridun neck is the same as glorius rings ('old' rings)
meaning it adds crit
in hwaridun's case 7% to strike 170% of the damage

i got a friend on brumhart who has glorious hwaridun neck for sale, if anyones buying please pm me with your offer. also glorious is lvl 95.

post a pic ..

also some new details on the accessories... 10 level cap xD i dropped lvl 89 ring from 79 mobs.

i'll get an image also in a few min if possible.

servers crashed and they're closed now.

anyone got a list with the new unique names? I just hear from this lv. 92 necklace and the ring you drop, justa.
