[Source 5165] How to make the NPC talks after adding it?

Hello, I just added a new NPC in TwinCity in my server and it just says:
Hi, I don't talk anything useful yet, my ID is 1270

How can I just let it talks??!!

NPCdialog/the case number which is 1270 in that image and than edit whatever you want ,

look at any off the already added Npcs and take it as an example and i think it should be easy from there
than hit F6 to rebuild the project and than F5 to debug it thats all

After you press F6 you don't need to press F5. Just like you don't need to press F6 before you press F6.

F6 = Only build.
F5 = Build and debug.
