Using Navicat for source 5165 Help!!

How can I use Navicat program for editing NPCs in my server?
I don't get cq database in the program and I see it in som Egyptian guy whem he explains it, look at the picture:

Strange!! Should I manually add the cq database myself or it automatically be added once I open the Navicate?? But when I open it I judt don't see that database!! Damn, how could that guy have the database in his navicat??!!

This is my navicat:-

You must have the database.sql also you must have InnoDB enabled after this execute the sql file (database).
Ask that guy for the sql database.

1- And where can I get the database.sql file? Is it in OldCODB folder or rikardo updated folder or something??

2- and what is InnoDB and how can I get it enabled?

3- And how can I execute the sql file (database)?
