call of duty black ops PROBLEM!HELP

hi leute
Ich habe mir vor ein bar tage call of duty black ops gekauft als ich das setup gestartet habe hatt es ein bischen geladen und dan kam volgende meldung call of duty black ops/main/iw_12.iwd error

Das hab ich schon alles versucht das geht nicht bitte helft mir so schnelll wie möglich!
