How Do I remove SDG effect?

I would like to remove the sdg effect to cause no lag...how can I, without using programs like cotobo,etc

1, open Conquer 2.0/ini/3DEffect, copy and paste in the same folder to backup the file.
2, open it and delete all the description then save it.
3, login ur conquer and try.

Erm,reread it,he only asked for SDG effect.

Heres how you do it:
Open up conquer 2.0/c3/effect
Look for a file called "dragonhate"
make a back up of it
Delete the original file
Open client to check
