need help

could anyone that would tell me how to unblock/unbanned ip?well...my bro block co2 ip and i cant get on co2...he block it...anyone who know how to unblock/unbanned ip pls tell me...my msn:[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] i really need help!!!

He could have blocked it numerous ways. Either through hardware or software. Two typical common ways are through your firewall, either windows, norton, mcafee, etc, or your router if you have one. To unblock, refer to the program's/router's website and/or other forums.
