looks quit good .. yeah everything should work fine ..

looks fine, but i think u can save some money if u r using a power supply with only 550-600W. Your system needs around 350W. The most PS works verry effizent in a range from 50% ^^

it is a good price for the psu at newegg so u don't "need" to change but if u will .. then switch to corsair :
